Abstract

This article summarizes Ryan Eikenbary-Barber's doctoral dissertation: The Congregational Vitality Pathway and the Health and Missional Identity of House of Bread Covenant Church. House of Bread experienced new life as the congregation learned to cooperate with the Holy Spirit, manage conflict, implement change, and welcome growth.

Ryan Eikenbary-Barber is the lead pastor at Bethany Covenant Church in Mount Vernon, Washington. He has previously served Covenant Churches in Minnesota, Wisconsin, and Illinois.
